I received the email notification about recently posted documentaries and there was interesting clip A VIRUS CALLED FEAR so i decided to put some of my personal explorations regarding this here
Our mind is quite undiscovered and yet we can discover so much from ourselves, our lives, our behaviours, our thoughts and patterns of our Mind – the creator. The mind is the source of everything. Before we speak, the sentence is created in our mind, before we act, the action is created in our mind, even the dreams are the creations of our mind. And what is most important above all is that our mind is the base of all our perceptions. What we learned during our childhood became the fundamental of the persons we are and later on the life shaped that groundwork. But this shaping doesn’t have to stop if we only want to change something in our lives.
“We are not the mind and its automatic rambling thoughts. We are the silent formless observer.” So don’t believe everything you think! Stalk your thoughts and try to discover why you think what you think and after all try to stop the thoughts jumping like a monkey from the branch to branch in the jungle of our ignorant mind.
Mind control is the way to open our senses so we can become the ruler of our mind and not slave of our own mind. We are not the mind – the mind is not us. Even the Julius Caesar (75 BC) new that, quote: “The greatest enemy will hide in the last place you would ever look,” and guess where that place is.
This is not a secret anymore, our mind is our ego. Ego is taking control whenever we are weak and whether we want it to see or not. “Ego – the worst confidence trick” is the short clip, please, take a look. Here is the part of the good explanation, quote: “There is no such think as external enemy, no matter what that voice in your head is telling you …” Dr. Deepak Chopra, M.D.
Try to see the truth, there is no spoon.
Heart Sutra: “Here, O Sariputra, the form is emptiness and the very emptiness is form; emptiness does not differ from form, and form does not differ from emptiness. Whatever is form, that is emptiness, and whatever is emptiness, that is form…”
Watch carefully all actions of your body, speech and mind, make them all as positive as possible and avoid any negativity.
